Do you require a deposit? No. Eureka Self Storage does not require a deposit for storage.

How do I lock up my unit? You lock up your unit using your own lock.

Do you sell locks? Yes. We sell high-quality disc locks.

Do you sell boxes and other packing supplies? Yes. We sell various sized boxes and packing supplies,
 including bubble wrap and packing tape.

What type of payments do you accept? We accept cash, personal or corporate checks, and all major credit cards. Ask about our various payment options.

Can you accept deliveries on my behalf? Yes. We will accept deliveries such as packages or mail, and hold them for you.

What documents do I need when renting a unit? You need to bring in one valid photo ID.

What should I do if my account is past due? If your account is past due, please call me to make payment arrangements.

What are your late fees? If an account is five (5) days late, your account will be assessed a $10 late fee. If your account is
fifteen (15) days late, your account will be assessed another $10 late fee. If your account is forty five (45) days late, a $50 lien fee
will be assessed.
